Hello everybody. It's your boy Yogi in the house. This goes out to all my zipperheads, watermelon munches, blue haired feminists and skinny latte carrots. The value podcast is a space for raw, unfiltered conversation. Opinions shared are those of this we got and don't reflect on our podcast as a whole. We tackle bold controversial topics. So if you're easily offended, this may not be the best place for you, but listener discretion is advised.
SPEAKER_01Hey, welcome to the podcast. I'm your humble coach with an honor host of one. So next to me who's modern grapes.
SPEAKER_03These are called candied hearts.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, they taste like candy. And they're good for your heart, obviously, right? That's why they call them candy hearts. I don't know for fruit. It's good for your body. Nice, man. Look, we also have a really special, awesome, cool, amazing, talented, knowledgeable guest. Mr. Alex, how are you, man?
SPEAKER_00Yes, I'm great. I'm great. Thank you for having me on. We're honored to have and the so the great thing about doing that and looking after self is that you start realizing that me looking after myself become I become a better servant for humanity because that you become more of yourself. And that's the one great thing about humans is that when we do become our true selves, all we want to do is go out there and serve others. But when we don't, when we don't do that, we can actually look selfish because we don't want to interact with people.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_00Because we're interacting with the wrong people, not the ones that are supporting us, but the one and that and it's not because they're bad, it's because they're not coherent to the being that I want to become. They just want to they want to do what they want to do, I want to do what I want to do, and and so forth, you know, and and that becomes like that.
SPEAKER_01And so if someone harms you, is that still uh you creating your reality, or is that is that more of a separate agent?
SPEAKER_00No, what this is a great question. This is awesome because this this gets to how far are you gonna take this? Okay, because with our with our field, like when we become more and more ourselves and more more signal, okay, we attract to ourselves more people that are coherent with the things that we want. When we don't, when we have an incoherency, when we have some kind of incongruent part of ourselves, some kind of self-worth thing, it'll come out in our be in our in our environment. This is and this is a huge thing because my focus is the more coherent you are, the less victim you are. Now, how how how far you want to take it, that's up to you. Me, I take it to all sorts of levels. However, if I'm at a situation where because I don't I don't believe anyone should be harming anyone, okay, so therefore that person has to take full responsibility of their wanting to harm you, okay. But then you have to ask yourself, I attracted this. Okay, you really have to ask yourself, hang on a second, what really happened here? What what was I attracted to? Was I attracted to an environment where it is detrimental? Or is there something in my being that attracted something with towards me? And the thing is, when you do that, you're gonna take full responsibility of everything that happens to you, and you that's where you find your true peace because everything is feedback.
SPEAKER_01Is it is it you say attracting it, right? Is is that basically because you're not rejecting it? Is it is that in a sense what what it what is because for example, the kind of harming people someone harming you, you're not gonna necessarily attract someone trying to you know stab you with a but you would reject or not put yourself in this situation.
SPEAKER_00A lot of times what we deny is happening to us is gonna attract us is what we attract the most.
SPEAKER_01What we deny.
SPEAKER_00What we deny. Because a lot of times it's like, yeah, that that's me, that's me, that's me. But that one, that that SOB over there, it's not me. That's definitely not me. Now I'll get that back.
SPEAKER_03How does it go? It's like shame deep shame leads to denial, leads to protection, leads to ego, leads to being fully just in your pride and completely prideful and pushing all of that other stuff to the side. Yeah. And when you're fully prideful, something has to come along and humble you eventually.
SPEAKER_00Do you I'm not sure if you remember John Travolta was saying something, he was feeling so good about himself, right? He was like driving his car, he's feeling oh, look at what I've done to my life, and all of a sudden he has to put on the brakes because he's gonna get into an accident. Because again, where you're not humble, you're not coherent. You're projecting something. Because why would you have to go to a state where oh look at me? Right? You can just be in that and be happy with it. You don't have to show it. Do that, right? And that's the that that was a that was a big one. That was a really big one, obviously, in his life, but with with with ourselves, but there's a lot of things that we deny that are happening with us. Like, I I see people with messed up spines saying I'm okay. I'm like, there's muscle atrophy everywhere. Oh can that can this be fixed in two or three goes? And I'm scratching my head like wow. This is like, can I, you know, can I get uh 20-inch biceps with with one rep of of bicep of doing bicep curls, right? And we know that that's just doesn't exist, right? Um but that's the same question, but they don't realize it because of how coming back to that disassociated, how disassociated we become from our bodies. Why why do you think painkillers are so high? Yeah, because it disassociates people thinking, oh, it worked, the painkiller worked. I'm like, what what do you mean by it worked? The the problem is still there, the problem doesn't go away, you're just not feeling it. Yeah, now if you're not feeling the problem and you're continuing to do the things that created the problem, is the problem gonna go away or is it gonna get worse? And eventually the painkillers don't work, you know. You see so many people with two, three different types of painkillers at the same time, and they're they're going a bit kooker, and they say that like I'm foggy, I can't concentrate, I'm I'm too scared to even drive a car, because they've gets they got so disassociated from their bodies, eventually get dissociated from your mind.
SPEAKER_03It is pretty funny because most problems that we can encounter within our own body don't need a medication, you just take something that's natural and already there, yeah, yeah, gut health or your body will naturally heal itself, right?
SPEAKER_00And that's the thing, when you help the body do what it's masterful at doing, which is to heal itself, yeah. Amazing things up. That's the quick path. But the quick path, you need to have discipline, you need to do it frequently and consistently because you now have to change the paradigm that you were on, because the paradigm that you were on before wasn't working, and your body's telling you it's not working.
SPEAKER_03Man, I'm a chef. My my spine is probably horrible.
SPEAKER_00Look, I I've got a colleague um in Ireland, uh Mike, and I remember he he was doing a little talk online. He goes, Look, every single person's got a messed up spine, but only some people are gonna do something about it. There's not one of us that has um a clear mind. Like we like pure coherency, pure coherency, it it's something that we're aiming for, it's not something that we're going to eventually purely have.
SPEAKER_03You you can knock yourself into a state of it for quite a while, but eventually it's just gonna disappear.
SPEAKER_00But because you have to knock yourself out.
SPEAKER_03You're gonna have to you're gonna have a certain you're gonna have some problems that come along that you need to solve and then and then they have to because you again it's a disassociation, okay?
SPEAKER_00And that disassociation can show you, like for for for a moment, it shows you, hey, you can have this. Now the question is when you come back, what are you gonna do about it? We've given you the taste. Like, how many people go uh do uh do ayahuasca? I'm not sure if you've ever done that. I've I've been there myself, right? And you get exposed to this madness. Well, I said, well, when I say madness, it's absolutely amazing. But when you come back from from um from that, and it's not really a trip, it's more an exposure to life, it's like, what are you gonna do about it? That's the question. Are you going to now take full responsibility of your life, take it with both hands, or are you gonna say, Oh yeah, that was nice?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, where where's the line between awareness and delusion?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like because you're you're mentioning how and they're actually opposite ends, those two.
SPEAKER_01They are, yeah. But yet in society today, uh the lines kind of are blurred or people don't understand um where to draw the line in that space.
SPEAKER_00See, awareness is knowing everything is you, and you've got to take full responsibility of everything that happens in your life, that that nobody else is gonna do it for you. People are here to help, and you attract the people that are here to help, but also people are here to take it away because you attract that too, depending on what path you're on. But the same at the same time, being aware is that you need to have more consciousness, and this is one of the things I always say in my trainings is that the more conscious you are of your unconscious self, the more consciously aware you become. You can start seeing things, being aware of your behaviors, how to change, being aware of the feedback that's coming in, so therefore you can fine-tune your behaviors. The more, the less conscious you are of your unconscious self, the more unconscious you become, and you become so unconscious that your body's gonna knock you out.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_00You might get hit by the bus that you thought was an accident.
SPEAKER_01Okay, and what is it, the the what was it, the feather, the brick, the bus uh philosophy we learned uh uh a few episodes ago. Who was that with? With uh Kyle. Um the feather, the the brick, and the bus, right? The feather was to tickle you to get your attention, then you ignore that. Then you get a brick, then you get a brick, and then if that doesn't wake you up, the bus comes next, right?
SPEAKER_00Exactly, exactly. And and that's where it starts. It starts with a little niggle.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Which we sort of I'll be alright.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Then it gets a little bit more, then someone says, Go drink a cup of concrete.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hard no.
SPEAKER_00And I feel the concrete on people's backs. It's called fascia. Fascia too, it literally turns into concrete.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00A lot of people we laugh at it, but you actually feel people turn into hard concrete. That's crazy. Because the body has to protect itself more and more and more. And guess this is what it's protecting itself from itself? From you, from the mind. Because when the mind says, Okay, I'm not gonna wear the crown anymore, I'm done. I'm done. This it's not working. When you start start start seeing that the mind's messed everything up, and I'm like, okay, I'm gonna give in. And a lot of people, what do they say, God help me, show me, the heart takes over. You know, I really want to talk more about the heart because it's a huge thing. Okay, it's a huge, huge thing. Let's talk more about it. Because it's like for me, I it the gratitude that I have in in really finding that our our divine, our divinity is right there in the heart. Like it's that first the the the beat, the first beat happens in the in in the organ of the heart, right? Yeah, and and if you have a look at when was it as Ezekiel was talking to God and God said, I'm gonna remove that heart of stone and put you put a brand new heart of flesh, okay, as a is obviously a metaphor, but I'm um so if you the rumble in the chest that the prophets were talking about, the kingdom of you you gotta look into your heart, and now science is showing that your first beat comes from the heart, the first frequency is coming from the heart. The frequency extends outside of you. Now, this is what I really want to talk about. This is this is the good stuff, right? If you really, really start thinking about the heart extends the frequency around you, six feet. What do you think it's showing you? Now think about this. When we look at things, when we see things, what are we seeing? What are we seeing when we're seeing what we're seeing? What are we seeing? What are we seeing? Images, leaves, yeah, we're seeing colours and objects, which is all light waves.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's all light waves. Okay. Now, those light waves, we see it only when we educate ourselves what we're seeing. Before that, we have no idea what we're seeing.
SPEAKER_01Makes sense. Okay.
SPEAKER_00When we're hearing things, what are we hearing?
SPEAKER_01Waves, sound waves, sound hurts.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, it's exactly hurts. Hurts. It's waves, right? Sound waves, as we call them, right? So they're just they're just waves. But when you're hearing, if if if a baby heard this conversation, would they know what we're talking about?
SPEAKER_03No.
SPEAKER_00No.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay. But it's not to say that subjectively it would feel the code. It would be influenced some way.
SPEAKER_00Exactly. That they will definitely feel the field in which we operate, the resonance. Yeah. Because it and well, Greg Braden said this so well. I had chills down my spine when he said this. He goes, think about the instrument we have. He goes, we take it we take a breath in and we breathe out, and our vocal cords will resonate to a certain frequency. And these words come out, and that frequency touches you, touches you in such a way that that influences us. That's you just have to think about that.
SPEAKER_03And that's how hypnosis works.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. You just have to think about that. And that's huge. It's that resonance. And what is what's resonance? It's frequency. Now, your heart is showing you this beautiful frequency of I like to call it the divine architecture of the universe of being able to achieve whatever that you want to achieve. The heart has that frequency. All we need to do is with ourselves, with our objective selves, with that with our true selves, because we say my mind, not I'm mind. It's my mind, it's my arm, it's my this, right? With your seeing yourself purely, the things that you truly want. So you just resonate with that. When you resonate with that, and you go into heart frequency, and this is called the law of assumption. When you go into that, now the heart is now going to show you that architecture of what it looks like because the heart is already has the frequency of everything, everything divine in the universe. So you say, Okay, I want this house, I want this this relationship, I want whatever it is that you want, and you see it, and you you step into it, and now you're feeling it. The important thing is that you feel it. Yeah, the heart is now resonating with it, but guess what? The mind has to follow it, not create it. The mind has to follow it, and that's the big thing. The mind is a tool, not the architect. The heart is the architect, the mind is the builder. And when once we get that, we become more and more coherent with the person that we are.
SPEAKER_01This is huge, man. You heard it here first. This is the value podcast.
SPEAKER_00My god, this is huge stuff. This is great, and uh this is value. Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. I I every day I wake up, I'm like, I'm wake up with goosebumps. Because what am I thinking of? What's the first thing that comes into my mind?
SPEAKER_03Today's gonna be fucking amazing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, what do I want to create today?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, what do I want to do?
SPEAKER_00What was it? And you step into it, you feel it, yeah, and now this is where the word faith comes in because you're having faith of the architecture that your heart has. And who are you really truly having faith in? Yeah, this self. And I then the question is is like how did it get there? We didn't know that the existential problem, you know, people will call it God, universe of knowledge, yeah. Um, all sorts of all sorts. And the thing is, to think what do you call it? I like to call him God, okay. Um, it makes sense to me. Yeah, okay. However, it's not a bearded man sitting in a seat with a staff. Yeah, I don't see I don't see it that way. Okay, I see God as the all-encompassing of everything. Okay. Things that I am aware of and not aware of, yeah. Um, that has always been there, always will be there, and is and is there right now, it can never be destroyed, right?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's that's how I that's how I see it. Yeah, and we are all part of that. Every single one of us, even the ones that we hate, yeah, even the ones that we don't this that we disagree with.
SPEAKER_01They're still a part of that.
SPEAKER_00We're all part of this this amazing universe. Yeah. And um if we take it to another level within myself, you know, my I always always believe every single one of us, just like our fingerprint, yeah, is unique. Our little spark, our architecture, when we zoom into it and we start paying attention to it, and as Jesus would call it, is the single eye. Some cultures from different parts of the world will call it the third eye. It illuminates. People call it the pineal gland, okay? It illuminates, but it opens up your whole body is now resonating with the architecture of the heart, because that frequency goes to the brain. Now you've opened up your temple, okay? Yeah, because you're now you're you're entering the temple, you're opening up the temple, right? And because this is the true temple, okay?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's not the physical, it was always in us, yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's we're we are the temple, and illuminates the nervous system, and the nervous system, as some quantum physics would would say, is the projection of the stars in the sky, and I'm like, that's a projection of the universe. Yes, and in and some quantum um uh physicists would say that it's pretty a projection of what? Of the universe, okay. It's pretty so it's pretty amazing, and that's in every single one of us. So coherency for me is not about just my coherency, coherency for me is like the whole globe that if we can all become more coherent within ourselves, we can all start seeing that everybody here is to create some ver their version and it becomes the missing piece of heaven on earth. That's how I see it.
SPEAKER_03If um no, actually, how do you how do you differ differentiate between eternal projection and pattern recognition?
SPEAKER_00It's well how I differentiate with it it all everything is a pattern. So when we do a behavior, everything becomes a pattern, but patterns are universal.
SPEAKER_03So once like everybody's afraid of change. Yeah. It's a big one.
SPEAKER_00And when you see that, you you see the pattern that they're in, right? Even as humanity and even as history, there's always patterns in what we do individually, what we do as a group, and what we do generations to generation, it always there's always a uh always a pattern in their life. Okay, and Tony Robbins, I'm not sure if you he explains it so well about the seasons of life, okay. But um, we have all have different seasons. We we have our about four seasons in life, however. As a as a as a humanity, we go through seasons of life, and he's calling it that today. We're going through something called the the the winter season. Okay, where everything is pretty hard. And um or dying or dead or not growing. Exactly. And it's like the time these times are times for us to prepare to grow strong, ready for the spring.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay, and that's and this is a big thing. This is how nature works. Yeah. Nature works in seasons. Yeah. And um and as a lot of um a lot of coaches before me would say, you you either adapt or you die.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You're either into nothing or you become strong. Yeah. And and that's part of all nature.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely.
SPEAKER_00And um, and that's our adaptability, our neuroplasticity. Hence why those two things, cognition, yeah, movement. Movement.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00We nurture those things, our neuroplasticity becomes more and more flexible, become less and less rigid, and at at any age. You know, because a lot of people have these beliefs. I'm too young, I'm too old. I'm like, you're still here, you're still part of it.
SPEAKER_01And so getting back to the coherent side of things and and bringing out the coherence in each individual person. Um and and how you compare that to if that's aligned, it can be identified as heaven on earth.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Do you feel then that uh the everyone's coherence um is in alignment without us knowing that yet?
SPEAKER_00Our hearts are.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, our hearts are.
SPEAKER_00But the minds have to be. Our minds. Right.
SPEAKER_01But again, the mind is the tool. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Because without the mind being coherent, the heart's just there waiting for us.
SPEAKER_01Right. Right.
SPEAKER_00It's like you've you've got the heart protecture. Okay, we call it free will. Okay, we've we've been given the choice of free will, right? But once we get it, and that's where you've probably heard this before. The two most important days of your life. Firstly, the day that you were born, and secondly, the day that you found out why. Because you really you really wake up, you become reborn. Okay, some people will call it become a reborn Christian. Okay, I found Jesus, right? And you're hearing that, you hear that a lot, okay? Um, because it's uh it's a pivotal part of our lives of having that that divine architecture when it when it lights up, it's like wow, everybody needs to know this, okay. And how people are knocking on people's doors, you've got to know this. Have you found Jesus? Have you done this? Okay, it becomes evangelistic. Um, but that that they're not seeing what they actually did find, and when they find that out, it's like, wow, I found my purpose. You find your purpose, you're unstoppable, and that's where now we say I say unstoppable because the obstacles are not bigger than the yeah, than the goal, than the purpose.
SPEAKER_03When when you say frequency and vibration, are you speaking metaphorically or literally?
SPEAKER_00Well, depending on how you look at it, the way everything is has a certain frequency. Okay. Now we if we have a look at now, we're wearing watches, we're wearing bands, CAT scans, and they're all measuring a frequency. Okay, so that is a is a is a frequency in itself. The Heart Math Institute is showing the electromagnetic frequency that's coming out of the heart. So it's in a literal sense they're actually showing us that that frequency. But in regards to when I like to talk about vibrations, that everything vibrates in a in a certain Well, because it's full of atoms, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, absolutely. Like this table.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and you gotta think for this table to be in this position, you have the way this matter, there's so much force holding this matter together. We don't we have like you you you spit an atom, what do you get?
SPEAKER_02Right, yeah, one atom.
SPEAKER_00Now, how many atoms? Now, who but there's a comedian, I keep forgetting his name. Um I have to I have to look it up. Is is is is is pretty awesome. He goes, Nothing in life makes sense. He goes, I'm made of molecules, you're made of molecules. It doesn't make sense, right? Everything in between us is made of molecules. That doesn't make sense, right? But the thing is, it's the way the matter is organized.
SPEAKER_03You are in theory like coming into contact with everything at once. Like I'm coming into contact with both of you guys right now, even though I'm sitting across the table.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. Through frequency. Yeah. Is this teaching about surrender to truth or control over reality? Yeah, it's and that's a really good way.
SPEAKER_00It's more surrender to truth than re than than control because when we're when we want control, it's the mind leading. Because the mind is the one that's in fear.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00When you're in faith, you don't need that control because you're in total faith. Yeah. So therefore, you're surrendering to the truth of self. And when things come up, you say, okay, I can work with this. When things come up, it's okay, that's me. I need to work with that too. So it's all feedback.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And it's all faith that your heart is showing you the thing. Like, if you want that, you need to get rid of this deliberate belief that you have. In in this stat, I'll call it static. Okay. Once you see it as static, you see the static dissolve when you have that pure faith. And that's what we're here to help people with. When we go through neurofrequency meditations and things like that, it's about this is the frequency in which you want to be in, resonate in. Now that's the one that every day, when you wake up, you've got to step into that. Not once, not during the day, not during lunchtime, stop, step into it again. Now, how much how much do you want that? You know, and it shows then the discipline. Okay, how much faith do you have now? And now, and this is where one of the biggest steps is is that a lot of times when people focus on setting a goal, for example, they hold on to it. That the goal is more important than them, and this is where it becomes really, really important. You have to be able to let go because once you've got the goal, you step into it. Now you become the person that's going to get it. Now you just have total faith. You can let go of it. So I don't really care if it comes now.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And that's when it comes. I never expected this to happen. And how many times do people say I wasn't expecting my life partner to be in front of me, and there she is?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Things happen when you least expect them. When you least expect it. Because you let go and step into the truth, step into the faith of the person you need to be for those things to happen. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01I love that.
SPEAKER_00Does that make sense?
SPEAKER_01I love that. I was gonna ask, um, could this belief system actually reinforce comfort instead of growth?
SPEAKER_00Is faith comfort? I I don't believe it is. I think it's quite the opposite.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_00Um, I like I like the version that Gary Brecker says. Um aging is the relentless pursuit of comfort. Um when you have faith and when you when you're working with the architecture, you don't stop. Um everything is a mission, and everything you encounter is an opportunity to grow. Everything you encounter is like, okay, in this thing right here is a tool. Right now it's uncomfortable, it feels it feels horrible, okay. But there's a tool for my toughness because I asked to be this person. I asked to be, and then that person needs to be stronger, that person needs to have better communication skills, that person needs to be calm when when there's a storm, that person needs to have all these things. So, guess what? Here's your first storm. Okay, now's your opportunity to become. What things do you need to learn in this situation? What things do you need to let go of that and this is the thing about the mind. The mind's an interesting, this is a it's a crazy place, you know, because the mind stores all its memories. Okay, and this is talking about patterns, and the the mind was stored in such a way that you have all these limiting beliefs, negative emotions, all the way through, and we call it a timeline. Okay, we organize the past, organizers now, organizes your future as well, because we're already projecting our future based on these experiences. The mind's already done this. Okay, now so the patterns always repeat itself until you let go of that static of that negative emotional limiting belief and negative or uh or conflict. You let that go, the pattern changes. The future the future changes, the way you perceive the future changes. Now, if you if you're full of fear, your your future is gonna be full of anxiety. You have no fear about the future, it's really hard to get anxious. Yeah, like anxiety is like really, really hard to do when you let go of the fear of the future. Like you look at your future being purely successful with no problems. How do you get anxious with that? You have to start thinking about how things are gonna mess up for you. How it's not gonna be exactly and I remember this guy that came in, he came in in his anxiety, he came in, he's he's like sweating profusely. He goes, I can't stop sweating. Uh it's just I just can't even think about interacting with people anymore. You know, and his hairdresser um referred him to me, right? Well, he there were she was my hairdresser and his hairdresser, right? And um, he was just full of panic attacks, okay. And and his um his father was a medical doctor, and um the the dad said, Well, here's some medication to to help it out, right? And um he looks at me, he goes, I looked at that medication, I flushed it down the toilet because it's not what I wanted, I wanted to be in charge of my life. I'm like, Well, that's step number one. You you wanted to do that, okay. So he became a he became a client. That was the last time he sweated profusely because he didn't have the fear of the future anymore. He could be in a crowd and talk to the crowd. Because now he he's he's got this adaptability now, has this total faith of being able to adapt and communicate. And he chased me up about two years after his breakthrough and said, I've got my own company now. I don't have not in no longer in the family business because he didn't want to be in the family business anymore, right? Um, I've got my own uh I've got my own finance company. He had no idea what he was gonna do, and is this amazing successful person? And that's what happens when you when you let go, the patterns completely change just like that. And that that would for me it was amazing going from unstoppable sweating.
SPEAKER_01If if everything is is just your pers projection, yeah, what forces you to change? What what forces someone to get over that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, a lot of things, a lot of things. Sometimes there's not enough pain for people, as you were saying, comfort. So comfort doesn't produce change. But something happens where either the pain is too unbearable, there's some physical pain, or they see that I'm not gonna be here for my kids. If I continue this, who's gonna look after me? My partner's not gonna be there anymore. Some existential problem that's that hurts more than the pain, that hurts more than this current problem. This is what a lot of people when when people come to my practice or when people you know do a personal breakthrough, they're at a point in their life where I can't do this anymore. Very rarely, and because eventually people got come come for breakthroughs when they're in their mission and they can't sort of there there's something that they can't get. Like there there's something that there could be staffing problems, like when we do executive coherence architecture, okay, as in the business, okay, you know, is is is the heart of the business being projected down to the clients. And a lot of times we find that in the executive position, believe it or not, in the executive management, there's a lot of incoherence on how that gets projected projected down. Okay, so you got you got that sometimes, but the main thing that a lot of times that people get motivated from is um I can't do this anymore. And this is a big thing for all of us. Because a lot of times what we deny, and this is what where positive thinking breaks down, because this is how I look at positive thinking, and if more people get this, the more we liberate ourselves, become more free, more uh more our uh sovereign self, is that positive thinking is like this. You see this cookie, right? Yeah, now it's got lots of sugar and stuff in it, okay. Now, if that cookie was all mouldy, yeah, okay, and you put all this sugar and cream and jam and everything on there, is the mold still there or is it gone?
SPEAKER_03It's still there. It's still there. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00How much jam and cream? What's that?
SPEAKER_03No amount of jam and cream. No amount of jam and jam. They make me eat that cookie if it's moldy.
SPEAKER_00Uh-huh. And that's positive thinking. Positive thinking is the jam and cream that people put in to deny that they have a problem. They can sugarcoat it, so it's not a problem, it's oh we just got a challenge. Okay, or they'll they'll reframe it in a way that it feels momentarily better. And we do that until that stuff doesn't work anymore. This is where affirmations cannot work. Affirmations are great if you're affirming not the jam and cream, you're affirming that you've resolved. Yeah, you just got rid of the cooking and replaced it with something else.
SPEAKER_03See, I don't, I don't, I don't, I like me now, I hate jam and cream. Like the the jam and like in that sense. Yes, in the metaphoric sense, I hate it. Exactly. There's no it doesn't do anything, it's no point. You might as well just face whatever challenge it is head-on or whatever problem it is head-on. And through it before you get hit by the bus.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_03Otherwise, yeah, it's planning for failure.
SPEAKER_00It is, it is, and uh, and that's a so that's uh what a great question. You guys have got some awesome questions because when I saw these questions, I'm like, wow, these are really loaded questions. Yeah, okay. And I'm like, yeah, this is gonna be fun, yeah, because I see a lot of coaching do jam and cream.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00I see, I'm not sure if you've seen this. This is just like I don't even get I know it's a marketing thing, but it's it's not it's it's not it's not nice. Like when someone says, Come in and do an NLP practitioner.
SPEAKER_03A training transformation.
SPEAKER_00Not a week, like one weekend, five bucks, and you become a life coach and you become an NLP practitioner. I'm like, man, I I got trained by Tad James, it was just amazing. Like, I this guy knew things inside out. I'm still learning from him now, 26 down. He's passed away, right? I'm still like, wow, he nailed that. I can nailed that, and um nailed it so much. When I came back home from Sydney that same week, I had my first personal breakthrough ready to go. Um when I did my trainer's training. Um, I came back and then two months later I ran my first training.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_00That's it, because he just nailed it, you know, and uh and that was that's that's how I saw it. That's why I chose him as a as a um as a trainer.
SPEAKER_01Um, but yeah, that's like one one of these la last couple of questions I want to get to before we run out of time. Oh no, I had one I really wanted to ask. Alright, hold on. I want to say this one. I want to I want to know this one. Why do you why do disciplined people succeed more consistently than those relying on mindset alone?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, because discipline is the answer, is the freedom. You've like this has been around for the beginning of time. Freedom from discipline. Okay. Now, discipline is what we're doing, is our routine. It's our we're creating our pattern. Okay, we're becoming predictable for ourselves, and when we become disciplined, the things that are hard to do become routine. When something that's hard to do is now a routine, it's no longer hard to do. It's actually becomes enjoyable. No, a lot of the things that we enjoy today were hard many years ago. Okay. I remember the first time I went to the gym, I was like, well, when I first lifted weights, it was 12. It was it was hard, and it was like I thought I was gonna die the next day. What's going on, right? Um, and um, but now it's it's a I enjoy, it's like a meditation for me. Yeah, it doesn't take me long now, like it doesn't take me hours to train anymore, but it's it's a meditation, but it's the discipline. Now, I started when I was 12. I don't have to do do much now. I just stimulate, activate, like Lee Haney would say, uh, not annihilate, and you get some really awesome results. Um, could I get those results when I was 12? Of course not, because I didn't have the discipline, I didn't have the neuro pathway. And this is the big thing about discipline is that you're building neural circuits. Okay, and this is the thing that mindset isn't building neural circuits. Mindset is just in your head and it's not in your action. Okay, and this is the like true mindset, true, like when we actually make a true decision, it has to come out in behavior. If it's not coming out in behavior, it's it's nothing, it's just it's just a pipe tree, right? You're saying that's the difference that makes the difference, yeah.
SPEAKER_03And that's why action matters more than your internal state.
SPEAKER_00Well, and this is the big thing. Because all action starts in your internal state. There is no there's no difference, and this is where you can be in that. As you say, you can start in this internal state, but the thing is your true internal state is the lump sum of what you're thinking of consciously now and all the limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and parts that are the unconscious par in your paradigm. That's your true state. You may not know it yet. Like when I get into a state of confidence, it might be different to Tony Robbins' state of confidence, it could be different to yours, could be different to the person's that's never even had confidence, but all of a sudden they're feeling something, right? Um, because it's the whole paradigm. So the paradigm is your whole internal uh your whole internal state, not just that consciousness. So your true behavior comes from the true internal state. So the way it works, it's a loop, it's a consistent loop. You you do you're you've got an internal representation which gets created from all the filters that you have, that creates an internal state, and that internal state is the end result of all those internal filters that you have, which is caused, which we call our paradigm. That internal state is now created from not just your thought, but what's happening in your physical as well. Because if you know, if if you've got to go to the bathroom, it doesn't matter what sort of state you're in, you've got to go to the bathroom, okay? Your body, so mind and body create a state which then creates that behavior. That behavior creates results. That's and guess what those results are seen from? Your perspective, your perception. Okay, so you've so every day you're in the we you're you're in a a certain loop. So the more you clear your perception, the more your internal state matches that that behavior that you have to do, and the more that loop becomes more and more clear. And that's the clarity of that's the whole frequency loop right there. So that's feedback. Feedback shows okay, I've got to be clearer, there's something there, there's a negative emotion that I might have to deal with, limiting belief that you know my self-worth needs to needs to climb and and and so forth. Great, let's deal with that. Now your behavior changes. So there's a little fine-tune. It's so it's it's not it's not separate of itself, it's the same thing, right? State, behavior, state, behavior, and it's not just your conscious state, it's the whole paradigm state, and that's where that feedback loop is so vital, and that's where we say everything is you, because you're coming through. And this is the interesting thing about perception, is that you wherever you go, there you are, right? You you're not you're not seeing anything other than what you've trained your eyes to see. You can't see anything else than that. You can only hear what you've trained your ears to hear, and you can only feel what you've trained your kinesthetic to feel. You can't you can't experience anything else other than what you've trained yourself. So, what's a discipline? Is training yourself to hear, see, feel all the experiences first before you create. That has to happen first, and a lot of people got it back to front.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I when the million dollars come into my account, then I'm rich. Right. It's like, well every wealthy person had to have a wealthy mindset before the billion dollars got into the account.
SPEAKER_03I don't I don't think material and wealth should go in the same sense.
SPEAKER_00Well it's not so much material, yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_03But if you think about it like this if money is your definition of what of wealth, then I feel like you have a bad definition of wealth.
SPEAKER_00Well it's part of it. Yeah. It's part of it. Because that's how we have exchang how we have agreed as a society to exchange value in in society. The more value we bring, the more we uh bring it up. But it's that in itself, you can just get rid of it.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00And in an instant it'll come back. If within yourself. Now but for me, the my whole life has been I need to have my cognition and my and my movement, because without that, nothing happens. It doesn't matter how much money I got in the bank, without those two, what's you know, we need that as part of it, um, and not the the final definition. Absolutely, totally agree with you.
SPEAKER_01So, Alex, last but not least, I know you kind of mentioned this just a second ago about affirmations. Yes. Okay. One of the things we like to do at the end of our shows is leave our listening audience with a positive affirmation. Um so if you could leave us with something that um you've already dropped so many gems, so much info in this.
SPEAKER_03And you you you the crazy part about it is he probably didn't even tell us five percent.
SPEAKER_01No, exactly. Like we're scrap scraping the surface here, and we probably got like at least another two or three episodes with you before we kind of at least get done with this first topic, right? But in terms of just kind of putting it all in a nutshell, yeah, what can you leave us, our listening audience with in the value podcast?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. There's there's so many gems, but um let me leave you with this one. So for you to make the most important impact in this world, the most important thing to do is be faithful to yourself that who you are was meant to be. And we all need you, and we need you now.
SPEAKER_01Wow. That shit that that shakes that shakes the spot, man. That that hits home. Definitely.
SPEAKER_03I really hope that our listeners can take something away from this one.
SPEAKER_00I know I have. Um I'm definitely now I have. Talking to you guys with your questions. This was awesome.
SPEAKER_01This has been fantastic and longer than we usually go, but it was well worth it. And again, um we gotta get you back in for more of this because two things I think stood out to me was is one thing when you know when you were born, but the other important thing is knowing why you were born. And I think this positive affirmation you gave uh lines up with that perfectly. So um thank you for your time. Thank our listening audience for tuning in again. I'm sure we all took something more than something from this. Let's apply it though, now, right? Let's do it. Renature. Yeah, be ready to nature more than ever before.
unknownWow.
SPEAKER_01I'm your humble, gracious, and honored host. Alex, again, thank you, Yogi Bear.
SPEAKER_04Because I'm smarter than the average bear.
SPEAKER_01Until next time. Thanks, guys. That was awesome. Sweet. Peace.
unknownPeace.
SPEAKER_04The value brought to you by Genesis, the conglomerate. Yes.
